  5. Kay-I clicked over to see your guest post, and I am so impressed with your precise planning and the effort and time you put into your work doing events from 20-120. It brings back memories of my catering, and I can appreciate what you do that is so special.
Without the planning ahead, and having everything listed, it would be a disaster.
You truly are a professional! ...a huge applause to you!

  6. Those are such great tips, Kay. Thank you for sharing. I just had a house full of guests for a week and I learned I need to follow some of your tips - like menu planning not just for the holiday meal but for simple meals too (like breakfast). I also need to pre-cook things more because it was a little hectic in my kitchen this Christmas. I hope you enjoyed the holiday. Happy New Year. Wish you all the best in 2011!
